CloudTech Group has received multiple reports of a third party fraudulently using the names "Bellevue Hill Capital" and "CloudTech Group" to solicit money from investors, including offers to buy pre-IPO or private placement shares, such as in connection with a purported SpaceX investment.

We want to make our position clear:

Operating under AFSL 246415, Bellevue Hill Capital (ABN 81 107 073 629) is wholly owned by CloudTech Group (ABN 56 652 461 508). Neither CloudTech Group nor Bellevue Hill Capital is offering, promoting, or facilitating any IPO, pre-IPO investment, private placement, or similar share or investment opportunity.

We have not authorised any third party to use our names, branding, or licence details in connection with any such offer. The legitimate website of Bellevue Hill Capital is only: https://bellevuehillcapital.com.au/

If you have been approached with an investment opportunity that uses our names, please treat it as fraudulent. We strongly recommend that you:

• do not transfer any funds;
• do not provide identity documents, bank details, wallet details, or account access information;
• do not engage further with the promoter unless advised by your bank, police, ASIC, or another relevant authority;
• contact your bank immediately if you have already transferred funds; and
• report the matter to Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au), ASIC (asic.gov.au), and police.
